This notice explains your agreement to transact with ALEVA Technologies Inc. electronically. It supplements the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and does not reduce any non-waivable right.
You agree that quotations, order confirmations, agreements, invoices, notices, warranty and return information, repair authorizations and other records may be provided to you electronically, including by email, through your account portal, or by on-screen presentation.
You agree that your affirmative electronic action — such as checking a box, clicking an Accept button, or otherwise indicating agreement — may serve as your electronic signature where permitted by applicable law, including Canada's PIPEDA/provincial electronic-transactions legislation and the U.S. E-SIGN Act and UETA where applicable.
To access and retain electronic records you need a current web browser, an email account, and the ability to view and save PDF or HTML documents. ALEVA will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to your records through your account.
Where required by law, you may request a paper copy of a record and may withdraw consent to electronic delivery for future records by contacting [LEGAL EMAIL]. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of records already provided.
Transactional and legal communications are separate from optional marketing communications. Marketing consent is never required to create or use your account and can be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link in each marketing message.
You are responsible for keeping your email address and contact details current so that electronic records reach you.
