This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.aleva.tech and the iProbe member portal, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to respond to you and operate our services:

Information you give us directly. When you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, and any details you include in your message. When you register for or use the iProbe member portal, we collect your name, email address, account credentials, and the content of orders, quote requests and support messages you submit.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and content-delivery provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security, abuse prevention and performance. We do not use advertising trackers or sell behavioural data.

How we use your information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries; to provide and administer the member portal; to process and communicate about orders, quotes and support requests; to maintain the security and integrity of our systems; and to meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations relevant to medical-device supply.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments:

Google Firebase — authentication and database for the member portal.
FormSubmit — delivery of contact-form submissions to our team.
Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and security.

These providers may process data in Canada, the United States or other jurisdictions. We do not sell your personal information, and we share it only as needed to deliver our services or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.

Security

We protect information in transit using HTTPS/TLS and restrict access to systems that store personal data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

Children

Our website and services are directed at businesses and professionals and are not intended for children.
